July and it's sizzling hot in Versailles! A heatwave is upon us (104° F/40°C forecast for today and already 90° in the bedroom last night), as is Theme Day in the City Daily Photo blogging community. These pictures were taken at the palace last Sunday, VDP was literally roasting but hey! Anish Kapoor's summer exhibit in the palace gardens provided the perfect upside down pictures! Juillet et il fait une chaleur à crever à Versailles ! La canicule s'est abattue sur nous, tout comme le thème du premier du mois dans la communauté des blogueurs City Daily Photo. VDP a rôti dimanche dernier au château mais les miroirs de l'expo Anish Kapoor lui ont permis de prendre des photos "à l'envers" et donc "upside down" pour satisfaire au thème ! I don't think the distortion would make people feel any cooler. That concave shape might concentrate the sun's rays and singe your hair.
