Paella !

Paella Versailles Porchefontaine market
Perhaps you aren't into yesterday's spicy French Caribbean food and would prefer some Spanish paella? It was piping hot at Porchefontaine neighbourhood's Saturday morning market! Incidentally, the market is held just next to Square Lamôme which VDP had shown you here. It was brand new at the time, and VDP will have to return to show you how, after four years, the benches have changed!

I'm a veggie, but my other half would love this. Back to French food, but the best curry I've ever tasted was in France. The French twist on the Balti, was inspired.

I don't do very spicy, which is an English word for "hurts your mouth." Paella is a different story. I remember having some that was heavenly in Madrid.
