Now... er... VDP is no pig expert and so can't tell you what breed these beauties are. Anyone out there?
VDP ne s'y connaît pas vraiment en espèces de cochon et ne peut donc pas vous dire ce que sont ces beaux spécimens. Vous savez, vous ?
A little while back, Sharon in Phoenix, Arizona, featured this goose's cousin munching away! Check out the cousin here!
Il y a quelques temps, Sharon à Phoenix dans l'Arizona nous montrait la cousine (ou le cousin) de cette oie (ou de ce jars) avec pratiquement la même pose ! Sa photo est par ici !

Gotta love pigs, just look at those faces. They look very content and well fed :)
The goose head is magnificent! No clue on the pig.
Whatever breed they are, they're huge!
Awww….those pigs are so cute! Love the closeup of the goose too.
Fuzzy little pig.
I have never before seen a pig wearing cammo or stripes. I'm a city boy. My knowledge of pigs comes from menus.
tu prépares des patés
No idea about the breed of the pig. He looks like a hungry fellow!
The 4th photo shows a British Saddleback.
I think the breed is known as BIG pig!
Fun portraits of these guys and gals, Ciel.
No can help Ciel, not up on porcine types, don't eat pork either.. But these fellas sure look well fed and healthy, 10 out of ten oinks to the breeders :)
I'd say they would make a few gallons of lard which was prized back in the day.
Diese sind aber große Schweine !
Ich bevorzuge die Gänse :)
I can't say what kind of pig that is but I do like his turned up nose...er....snout.
I think you are correct about the goose, they must be related, they have the same eyes. I can't believe we took almost identical shots.
i think pigs are so cute and look at his smile!!
Love your oinkers today and the that goose portrait.
Sorry, I only eat them...
Nice pet. It's a big one, that's for sure.
Big pigs, Ciel! I have no idea what they are.
How rural of you, Ciel! You have always been so urbane.
Oi (or oink), I'm glad you balanced the ugliness of those pigs with the beauty of the geese.
