Winter is a time for long shadows... This is one of the entrances of the colonnade grove in the palace gardens. VDP had shown you Hardouin-Mansart's masterpiece here and here. Below is just a shot of some trees next to Apollo's chariot fountain.
L'hiver est propice aux ombres... Voici l'une des entrées du bosquet de la colonnade dans les jardins du château. VDP vous avait montré la splendeur d'Hardouin-Mansart, c'était ici et là. Ci-dessous, juste les ombres des arbres près du bassin du char d'Apollon.

C'est vrai c'est le moment de l'annee ou tout se decoupe a cause de la perte de verdure et en consequence on voit mieux certains details. Et surtout comme ici qui dit ombres dit soleil...
