In the courtyard of the former war ministry, on both sides of the majestic doorway, there are fountains... This is the one on the right hand side.
Dans la cour de l'hôtel de la guerre, de part et d'autre du majestueux portail, il y a des fontaines. Voici celle du côté droit.

I understand that the water supply for these fountains has long been a problem.
It appears to be built right into the side of the building. Very nice.

Fountains are always an interesting part of this kind of buildings!
I like gargoyles, ones with fountains are even better, but the best are the ones that divert rain water from the foundations.
