Looks like I'm too late to see Madame Elisabeth or her garden.
The major architect in the first photo is the spider who spun that great looking web. Interesting photos.

There we have ourselves a problem of access that will require sledgehammers.
Such nice old rusty iron and stone work, maybe some day it will be opened again.
We must find a different way in!
I like the gated doorway.
The top photo looks like something that has been laying deep underwater.
There are lots of little bits of history surrounding you in your town.
I think more than just a key may be required to gain entry here ;-)
I like seeing the closeup and the longer view. I'm a big fan of rust. :)
What a great find even though the gate doth not appear to be functional at the moment. It is a good reminder that eventually everything rusts away. :)
It's beautiful, mysterious, and a bit sad. Whenever I see a blocked up old arch here in Israel, I wonder what they were trying to hide.
