It was a good week away! Thank you for all your comments during VDP's break! Starting from the top: pretty nice evening skies in Quimper, glorious morning on the sandy Atlantic beach in Sainte-Marine, good moments shared with friends, like having buckwheat crêpes with cider, the swelling waves in Fouesnant, a night visit to my old friend Abeille-Bourbon (the high sea emergency tow vessel) in Brest, taking the time to read, enjoying traditional Breton music in front of Saint-Corentin cathedral or Mozart and Bach inside the cathedral... and a gorgeous full moon!
Ce fut une bonne semaine ! Merci pour vos commentaires durant les vacances de VDP ! Il y eut de fort jolis cieux à Quimper, une glorieuse matinée à la plage à Sainte-Marine, de bons moments à table avec les amis, la houle à Fouesnant, une visite nocturne à ma vieille amie l'Abeille-Bourbon à quai à Brest, la lecture, les bourdons des cornemuses du Bagad du Festival de Cornouaille devant la cathédrale Saint-Corentin, Mozart et Bach à l'intérieur de la cathédrale... et une belle pleine lune !

Positively idyllic. We don't get much of that here in the center of North America but we get our fill when we visit Dave's place in Tamarindo.
