Very Secret Garden-ish and utterly charming. The nice thing about rain is it brings such deep green:) (Also, it was about time NYC followed the Paris bikeshare example!)
I think it is meant to conceal as much as to please.

It is very welcoming, the little pops of color are a treat to the eye!
And the nicest thing is, at the end of the gorgeous path you have to go through an arch, yes! Loooove the arches..
