Mid May, a small art exhibition was held inside one of the four squares of Notre-Dame covered market, the one called 'flour square', the only one where you can't buy food and which is often used for exhibitions. You have seen bits of the buildings of the covered market several times, here's one of the better views of a couple of them (the smaller buildings). Anyway, the problem here was the 'no photographing' the artwork sign that you can clearly see on the door to the right of the photo. But it gives me a chance to show you the inside of the first floor of the covered market!

So did you sneak a shot with your phone or a tiny camera? I admit I've done it but felt badly afterward. No more.
in this case the art was not your subject...like the arches!!!
I'd rather see those beautiful arches instead of the artwork anyway.
I've done it too. But then again, I'm a very bad boy.
Those arches are pieces of art themselves. I can't bring myself to defy a no photo sign, but the temptation is sometimes very strong.
Well... the sign says no photographing the artwork and I didn't... :-)
You do not have to take those signs too seriously... if you can!
That's a pretty spectacular space, I really like the arches.
Well done, you would make a great secret agent ;-)
Bravo Ciel, you still managed to give us a peek! Love the cream tones in this shot.
