I don't know a lot of French, but I could figure out that esprit jardin means garden spirit. The expression esprit de corps is an expression that is used at times in the USA, including by me.
A charming image, both the artist and her work. Methinks you do an excellent job with your 4 and a half year old point and shoot Ciel and after all the plumbing is terribly important oui :)
