At the newsagent's on Saturday. A 'Versailles palace' special edition of France Magazine. I have shown you a full view of a similar news booth here. Louis XIV is on Artsy Versailles.
Chez le marchand de journaux samedi. Je vous avais montré une scène similaire ici. Louis XIV est sur Artsy Versailles.

That is very cool about the special Versailles palace edition (and enjoyed the previous post too)! I love these little booths bursting, impossibly, with everything.
I hope you purchased a copy of this edition. It looks very special indeed! I love the magazine booth but would find it very, very tempting.
I agree with the others, I love the magazine booths and they would probably eat up my grocery money if I were there! Have a great week, Ciel!
I would def have to buy that edition. Looks quite excellent.
I think you've taken the same photo as well or better.
That is awesome! I would love to see the inside of that magazine.
You should ask them if they want any photo's!!
We used to have this type of news stand ... I think there may be a few left in New York. Sometimes they were on street corners but the one I remember best is one in the building in Minneapolis where I worked when I went to high school. Sold magazines, newspapers, tobacco, candy, etc.
Looks an interesting issue of France Magazine!
An interesting special edition!
Newsstands seem to be unique to big cities. I like taking a peak into others lives. You can do that here.
I would buy it without a blink.
I love the 'new magazine' smell in these booths, unfortunately none in Perth..but I have seen them when in Sydney. Would be wonderful to see the pictures inside the magazine.
i think many of our news stands are gone now.... the world is changing~
