Le Potager du Rock 2012

Saturday was the last day of the 6th edition of the Potager du Rock festival (a pun, the potager du roi being the king's vegetable garden). Naturally, it started to rain like it has for most of May. Yours truly wasn't in the mood for standing in the rain (or am I getting old?) so didn't stay very long but enjoyed Universal Congress' reggae...

I know what you mean. These days I have no patience for inconvenience like standing out in the rain for any reason.

I'm with you and Jack. Can't do the inconvenient things anymore. No patience for that!

I can't stand outside in the heat, let alone the rain. Looks like a good time before the rain.

Nice shots. I love being in the rain. Life is too short not to dance in the rain.

Good idea to keep all those amps under cover. When I saw the thumbnail I thought the photo was of slot machines or an airport.

du reggae avec du violon, cela devait sonner bizarrement. C'est certain qu'en vieillissant on est moins enclin a rester sous la pluie pour écouter de la musique (meme si le reggae devait réchauffer l'ambiance) ;o)

For a moment I thought the public was allowed to throw hortages to the musicians...

I play golf in the rain (if it isn't too bad) but there isn't a rock group in the world that would entice me to listen to them in the rain. Not even if they were the king's veggies or the queen's bees! :-)

I can dance in the rain... on my terms. I wasn't any more into standing in the rain for a concert in my 20s than I am now.

I like the pun, sorry to heat it rained. It sounds like your May and our May are common - it's been very cloudy and rainy most of the month, although Sunday, it was sunny and warm enough (26C) for ice pops!

I wouldn't be standing in the rain either, maybe I'm also suffering -wish I could say premature... LOL!- aging problems! :-)

Alas, sounds like the rain is everywhere! Hope it was enjoyable anyway, and hoping for more sun soon!
