Les pyramides

The other side of the passage. This one is signed Ousmane! Seeing as it's Monday, it's Monday Mural day!

L'autre côté du passage, signé Ousmane ! Pour Monday Mural.

Such a cheerful mural. Wishing we had something similar in the school where I teach!

A delight to the eyes! How cool would it be to be a child and be allowed to paint this?

Boats and pyramids, what could be more fun. Love the colors.

If more such passages were made available for youngsters to paint, we might have less graffiti. Who knows?
I also love the boat. The pyramids aren't very French, but the painting is equally cheerful.

My, that's cheerful, but I can't decide whether it's about going to France or going home.

Love this boat.

It is interesting to see the pyramids next to the sea. The ancient Egyptian pharoahs who build the pyramids had a solar boat to carry them to the after life. One was buried in the sand next to the Great Pyramid of Giza and is now in a museum next to the Pyramid.

This mural has a simple folk art feel to it, and it makes me smile. :-) Wouldn't mind sailing to the pyramids myself right about now, either.
