The Avenue de Paris has to be one of my favorite streets in the whole world. It is absolutely breathtaking at any time of year. And I'm fascinated to note how different the Palace looks at different time and different angles.

It's always beautiful, but a layer of snow adds a new element. No snow here since the freak storm in October.

Bizarre. It does not look like there is a lot of snow on the ground but the effect transforms the city.
