Dans le quartier Saint-Louis

In Saint-Louis neighbourhood on a sunny Saturday afternoon in May, with the Saint-Louis cathedral dome just visible in the background.

... un samedi après-midi de mai, avec le dôme de la cathédrale Saint-Louis juste visible.

Oh, yes, I see the cathedral dome — I would have missed it if you hadn't mentioned it, though.
This looks like a nice neighbourhood. I love the colours, and the peaceful feeling.

This is a lovely and classical French scene, Ciel.

About Justice: Artists often show Justice blindfolded, to indicate that justice is objective and not affected by relationships or who the parties are. It has often seemed to me that the blindfold can be read instead as suggesting that the judge has no interest in receiving the real facts. But, no one asked me . . . (I'm a lawyer, too.)

What a lovely area...a good place for a walk, some lunch or dinner or just to sit and relax? I really like the light on the right...

What a beautiful spring scene with the fully-leafed trees, the outdoor dining, blue skies, and the cathedral dome. I love the soft colors of the buildings.

I would love to walk down this street. The tree closest to the building straight ahead looks like it was trimmed to be square?

There's a lot of interesting details, especially in the iron work. Cool how the dome is peeking out from behind the other building.

This little neighborhood is such a buttery yellow. It looks delicious through your lens, Ciel.

This looks classically French. It is strange for me to see your references to Saint Louis neighborhood, as I grew up in Saint Louis, Missouri. Although Saint Louis was founded by the French and there are quite a few French street names remaining, the city does not really have French neighborhoods, as there were much larger and more recent waves of German and Italian immigrants.

I just spent Sunday afternoon in a miserable, drizzling, chilly afternoon in a Saint Louis neighborhood but got some good shots. All the more reason to visit France.

A very homey city scene.

And I will meet you anyday in Ritzville and Cheri will give you the tour and you can just enjoy the beautifullness (is that a word) of the place. MB

I do love how your country uses colors on the building. Brightens the whole place up! Beautiful :D
