Le théâtre de la Reine


The queen's tiny theatre at Petit Trianon castle. Built by Richard Mique in 1778-1780, its ceiling was painted by Lagrenée. Marie-Antoinette herself took part in the acting of plays here by playwrights like Beaumarchais. I have added a poll under the header, I'd appreciate your opinion!

Le tout petit théâtre de la reine au Petit Trianon. Construit par Richard Mique en 1778-1780, son plafond est l'oeuvre de Lagrenée. Marie-Antoinette y joua et chanta plusieurs fois, elle fut notamment Rosine dans le barbier de Séville de Beaumarchais. J'ai ajouté un sondage sous le titre du blog, j'apprécierais votre avis !
