The queen's tiny theatre at Petit Trianon castle. Built by Richard Mique in 1778-1780, its ceiling was painted by Lagrenée. Marie-Antoinette herself took part in the acting of plays here by playwrights like Beaumarchais. I have added a poll under the header, I'd appreciate your opinion!

A true little gem. Life before home video was quite complicated...
She must have had fun here... such an elegant little theater. (I did your poll when you first put it up.)
Such embellishment - it's richly devine.
That queen---she was a strange lady. MB
Holy cow! You wouldn't need actors here, the theatre is a whole story of its own! Gorgeous :D
What a gorgeous theater. I would really enjoy photographing this. Well done, Ciel.

It's magnificent - like an ornate jewelry box filled with gold and gems!
So enchanting.
To say it's beautiful is not enough.
Gorgeous
