How cute is that! I'd love to ride through the city on it! These things usually go slow enough to allow plenty of time for photography and you get to see a lot in a short span of time.

Love the photos!

Chug 'a chug 'a chou chou! All aboard the Versailles tourist train!

This is somehow not right for Versailles. I expect a gilded coach and four white stallions. Where did the fantasy go?

I guess reality takes precedence over fantasy. I've seen similar in other touristy places.

How neat! I would ride it to take an introductory tour and then I would walk the route on foot so I could really see things and take photos as much as I wanted.

Cute train.
"Ou est la gare?" is one of the few things I know how to ask in French.

I am sure this is a lovely way to go. Still when I was in France I walked everywhere and I got in such great shape! Walking is fantastic, me thinks...

Everywhere my first instinct seeing these trains is: I have to derail (softly!) this...

I imagine tourists enjoy taking this train to get a an overview of the area before striking out on their own.

What a funny little train. I can't imagine it in Paris. I'm sitting here shaking my head in wonder.

Avec les ronds points giratoires ,ce sont deux inventions du siecle dernier dont je me serais bien passee!

So they are becoming a nuisance? I don't think we have enough of them here to classify them as such, but then I don't get around the country that much. I didn't see any on my recent trip to California.

Ha! Doesn't seem appropriate...but what do I know?
