Ds les halles ce qui veut dire qu'il est ouvert tous les jours quasi ? C'est un art de savoir affiner et choisir ses fromages. J'avais un excellent fromager (qui ne vient plus) au marché du vendredi matin au bord de l'eau à Conflans Ste Honorine où je vais aller tout de suite. Bah j'ai le maraicher, le charcutier alsacien, la marchande d'épices faut pas trop en demander.
Sortant de chez Cergie et de sa charcuterie je tombe chez toi et sur tes fromages... ta photo elle aussi pourrait rejoindre mon frigidaire. Bon weekend!
I've lived a very sheltered life as you have probably guessed so when we got to Paris I was quite amazed at the huge variety of cheeses available. What a delight that Notre Dame covered market must be!
