One of the best cheese shops in town, inside Notre-Dame covered market!

  11. Ds les halles ce qui veut dire qu'il est ouvert tous les jours quasi ? C'est un art de savoir affiner et choisir ses fromages.
    J'avais un excellent fromager (qui ne vient plus) au marché du vendredi matin au bord de l'eau à Conflans Ste Honorine où je vais aller tout de suite. Bah j'ai le maraicher, le charcutier alsacien, la marchande d'épices faut pas trop en demander.

  20. I've lived a very sheltered life as you have probably guessed so when we got to Paris I was quite amazed at the huge variety of cheeses available. What a delight that Notre Dame covered market must be!
