Montage

An exhibition in the making: I saw this in front of the palace coming home around 21:00 yesterday evening... All I can say for now is that looks rusty and that it will be one of the exhibits of the upcoming Bernar Venet exhibition.

Vu hier soir place d'armes... C'est le montage d'une des oeuvres de Bernar Venet pour la prochaine exposition dans le parc du château et à Marly.

  2. I really don't yet understand what I am seeing, Ceil. When you show the finished exhibit, maybe it will make sense.

As to Florida, no, I will not be golfing with our friend. He is five hours north of me and I am just here for three days.

  3. I think you're going to have to go to the exhibition and take more photos so we can learn what this is...looks to me like one of our cement troughs... :-)

  4. One of your best pictures. We love Venet (e. g. http://saintlouismodailyphoto.blogspot.com/2009/07/citygarden-steel-and-water.html). Will the exhibit be there through the end of the summer?

  5. This exhibit has potential. It will be fun to see its progress until completion. The silhouette makes it look fascinating.

  6. I looked at the website and looks interesting. I look forward to seeing more of this exhibition.

I don't know how I missed the Jeux de Perles in yesterdays photo. I can see why it is one of your favorites, sad to see it closing.
