Its that time of year when we are all waiting for warmer days to return. We have had a few tasters of spring, but there can still be a sting in winters tail yet.
Nice shot. On first looking at the photo I thought you deliberately gave it a "painterly" type texture. I like it. No apologies necessary, the majority of us are not professional photographers and that is part of the charm and strength of the CDPB community.
Thank you for visiting my blog - I love yours! My dream is to visit France some day, especially Paris. Of course, Versailles would be on my list of sights to visit. I've bookmarked you so I'll be back!
Thank you for visiting and leaving a thought! Sorry about the moderation, a bit tired of spam at the moment!

@ Juergen: because when you click on the photo it isn't particularly crisp and clear.

ReplyDeletegorgeous photo. It looks like a painting. I am glad you are enjoying the Arabian horses on my website. Thanks for your encouraging comments.
ReplyDeleteJoli fouillis que ce soient les frondaisons ou les chaises. Un petit brin de soleil et cela va redonner vie à tout ça...
ReplyDeleteI love this. Most of us don't usually see the palace in its every-day, casual setting, with plastic chairs. Wonderful!

ReplyDeleteHow many weeks will it take until people are sitting by those tables enjoying the sun?
ReplyDeleteSoon we shall see spring weather!
ReplyDeleteIt tool me a while to see that they are chairs all piled up. ;-) It sure will be wonderful when we can sit outdoors in warm sunshine. ;-)
ReplyDeleteOh no! It' a trick ;) I used a monopod.
