So, after yesterday's introduction, here are some of Hermann's original works that are on show at the town hall until 22 February! Above, a detail of Bois-Maury, Rodrigo, 2001. Those of you who, like VDP, know Córdoba in Andalucía will, of course have recognised the amazing arches of the Mosque-Cathedral, the Mezquita de Córdoba.

ReplyDeleteWe have had the privilege of visiting it. The first few pictures of the comic strip, though, make me think of Boabdil skulking out of Granada in 1492.
ReplyDeleteJe ne sais plus ou donner de la tete avec toutes ces BD auxquelles nous avons echappe aux US hormis celles traditionelles que nous nous procurions lors de nos sejours en France. Tu eveilles ici ma curiosite. Il n'y a pas a dire les belges sont bien forts dans le domaine.
