No, the street wasn't wet, not at all. And yet there are lots of little shiny particles on the surface, like mica! By the time VDP was ready to take the pic, the cyclist was almost out of the frame...
Non elle n'était pas mouillée, pas du tout, mais pleine de petites particules telles du mica ! VDP n'a pas été assez rapide, le temps de faire le réglage et le cycliste était presque sorti du champ...
