Some of you already know that VDP injured herself during her recent trip to Italy, so has had no possibility of going out to shoot fresh material. Here's a detail of the arches of Notre-Dame de Versailles church, taken in April... More archive photos to come, sorry about this!
This is beautiful as always, but just take care of VDP!!!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your misfortune, I hope you get out and about soon!
ReplyDeleteStop apologizing. This is gorgeous! Just get yourself well! But on the right side of the photo you can see a silhouette of a face - brow, eyelid, nose, wide-open mouth and chin. How'd you do that????
ReplyDeleteAfter Lowell's comment, all I can see is the silhouette! I didn't know you had hurt yourself - I hope you recover soon but don't rush things and do whatever therapy they offer you.
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous shot and do rest up! BTW, regarding your recent comment....I often envy you! Paris.....*sigh*

Oh dear, I hope the injury isn't too serious. I feel like I was so lucky not to injure myself while in Italy. Especially around the Colosseum. The cobblestones around there were treacherous.
ReplyDeleteFateful Florence... Please keep posting archive pictures like this one!
ReplyDeleteVP hat es richtig gesagt :)
ReplyDeleteCes deux colonnes peuvent-elles servir de cannes anglaises ?
ReplyDeleteOh no, I hope you'll feel better soon. AN interesting shot with the stained glass window in the background.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to learn about the injury, Ciel. I hope that you heal quickly and return in an even better state!
ReplyDeleteWith photos like this, what's to be sorry?
ReplyDeleteI think by now all of us bloggers have tons of pictures that would last us a lifetime of blogging.
But having said that, I do wish you a speedy recovery. It must be doubly frustrating for a blogger not to be able to be out and about.
