Verdure

How about some (still winter) greens to go with yesterday's mushroom omelette? Leeks with cream perhaps and some salad with fennel?

La verdure encore hivernale pour accompagner l'omelette aux champignons d'hier : des poireaux à la crème et une salade verte avec un peu de fenouil ?

    That is a very busy market!

    My parents liked leek, particularly for soup. I think Dad still makes it.
