Photographe 1900

This scene near the palace screamed for black and white or sepia...

Cette scène près de la place d'Armes ne pouvait qu'être prise en noir et blanc ou sépia...

  1. What an amazing scene to stumble upon! I love your choice to do b&w or sepia. I'd love to know what these old-timey photogs were up to (nosy me:)

  2. My vote is for sepia. It's a fantastic scene right out of the 1920s! Beautiful job, Ciel! Smile! Hold it! Just a bit longer! OK!

  6. The photographer's clients must be wealthy. Those one-shot film cartridges for a large view camera cost a fortune.

  7. Great choice. Old style photos cry out for that silver gelatin look.

  8. You didn't ask, but I'm voting sepia. Adds to the old timey feeling.

  13. Il me semble avoir reconnu Olivier derrière l'appareil.

  14. Engagement photo perhaps? Looks like a medium format camera, an expensive specialty. I like the mono a little more , but not much, they are both great.
