L'espadon

The 'Swordfish' is a fishmonger inside Notre-Dame covered market. There are street names on Artsy Versailles.

  5. We had dinner tonight with friends. The conversation included a discussion about how infrequently we have really good swordfish these days. Most seems too thin, frozen and dry. These look great. Send some over!

  6. A nice thing to have in the neighborhood. I can only think of one or two fishmonger in our area. You have probably been to Pike Place Market in Seattle - I love to watch the staff hurling whole salmon through the air.

  15. There is nothing quite like fresh seafood! It only waits for the magic of a chef to do his/her work. Yes, I did get your email. Sorry to hear of the stalking. I hope it does not continue! Too much stress in life already. I hope you have a wonderful weekend :^)

  20. Wonderful to see and I only have one little fish shop left in mylittle town...the big Supermarkets have fish counters but lets keep the little guys going.. they know their stuff..
