Excellent, Ciel. I like reflections in windows, especially if they tell a kind of story. This one certainly does, with the Chanel name, the rich gold color and the marvelous reflected building. It simply oozes with richness. Good job.
(PS : je trouve ta nouvelle police de caractère charmante : mais je lui reproche d'être un poil trop petite pour être agréable à lire... Mais c'est juste mon avis ; après tout esthétiquement, c'est très réussi)
Terrific reflection for the day! It's still my favorite perfume! And, yes, Chanel and castles are indeed a perfect match! Have a wonderful weekend, Ciel!

I love sharing time with my blogging friends.
OH! This is almost like pure gold! (And ever since I was a kid I've loved the aroma of Chanel #5.)
ReplyDeleteWow, that's magnificent!
ReplyDeleteEncore une photo tres classe!
ReplyDeleteOoo a shopping trip! Loved the movie and I love this shot.
ReplyDeleteChanel projected onto the houses of obscene luxury. Such irony. Let them eat cake, or smell knockoffs sold on the street by furtive immigrants.
ReplyDeleteI'm not coming up on the portal. Making inquiries.
BTW, the Koons Louis XIV i posted yesterday was with you in mind.

ReplyDeletePerfect complement of Parisian symbols, very concisely imaged.
ReplyDeletesuperbe reflet, on a l'impression que Chanel sponsorise le chateau ;)

@ those who might think this is the palace or one of the castles: nay, it's a building in the city centre. In fact, one of my favourite shops.
ReplyDeleteTrop classe, ce reflet!
ReplyDeleteça va toi?..Ordi toujous HS.J'en ai un pour le WE;J'essaie de t'ecrire..Bises!
Excellent reflection! I like it.

I always associate Catherine DeNeuve with Chanel 5, remembering her ad that went" He knows what you want. You don't have to ask." Chanel #5 of course!
ReplyDeleteA perfect ad poster for Chanel. I'm seeing a lot of this kind of grandiose architecture here in Bucharest. Have thought of you several times. :-)
ReplyDeleteAnother excellent reflection shot. What a great find.

It's so easy to combine old and new in Europe. Great reflection!
