Step inside the main public library and... well if you're anything like me regarding books, then you'll like it I'm sure! This, incidentally, is not where you take out books, it's merely the collection!
--------------------------------------

My husband just came home with $60 worth of books about France. I don't know when he's going to read them as we'll be in Europe in a month! I think he's getting excited.

  5. It's so ornate and rich looking. I can just imagine what it smells like too. There is nothing like the smell of a library full of real honest to goodness books.

And, yes, the BBQ is a book. Can't you tell?

  8. Now that is a library fit for a king (if, in fact, the king ever cracked a book). The outside does not prepare you for the spectacular interior.

Where to start? I mean, that's a lotta books! I'd need to stop and take some photos too.

  14. A wonderful collection of books, I wonder if they are used though. Did you ever get to Haye on Wye when you were in the UK. A town right up your street.

When you were in Seattle did you go to the new library there? I hear it is amazing. MB
