Sounds like a country song: Four doors today ... You made me walk through four doors today ...
Well, I'll let you finish it! ;-)
Lovely photo with that golden glow!
Re the portable classrooms: the school district has these hauled in when a school needs more room and there is no time to build on to the school proper. They aren't great, but not too bad. I taught in one of these the last semester before I retired!
Very smart Ciel, and I like a lot the light in this picture! Léia
*** last weekend we have visited Dijon ( with my son ).I think I had a "coupe de foudre"for Bourgogne!A DREAM! And I have tasted "le escargot"for the first time in my life and I loved it! :))
Et un escalier monumental que je ne sais comment qualifier : à trois volées dont une et un pallier ? Ce n'est pas beaucoup un simple laquais pour accueillir le roi de Prusse
We are beyond the doorway here, this is massive and solemn. Love the light and the symmetry. As you have seeen I posted a doorway myself today. It is small, fake, but quite realistic...

I always look forward to Tuesday evenings because I'm going to see an awesome door and this week is no exception :-)
ReplyDeleteI love the golden light on the stone! This is where the Marie Antoinette tour use to start a few years back.
ReplyDeleteWonderful lighting, feels like a warm glow. Nice shot.
ReplyDeleteCool! Four for the price of one. And the light is fabulous... so golden and glowing.
ReplyDeleteFour doors? You're showing off!
ReplyDeleteBTW, I ordered a life-size replica for you today. It will arrive in two years. Gotta keep working until then, at least.

J'aime bien les lumières chaleureuses et l'enfilade en perspective qui entraine le regard..
ReplyDeleteYou have a never ending source of fabulous photographic material in Versaille! xxxxx
ReplyDeleteDoes the majesty never end? It's mind boggling to consider the work that went into the creation of just this one building..
