Marie Curie high school, the doorway of which I showed you yesterday, is strikingly modern.
----------------------------
Je vous ai montré l'entrée hier, je trouve que le lycée Marie Curie a une architecture moderne qui contraste sérieusement avec la plupart des autres bâtiments de l'avenue de Paris.
Wow, that is a modern building. I couldn't tell it from yesterday's post.
ReplyDeleteInteresting architecture.
ReplyDeleteI thought it would be of modern vintage considering the doorway, but I still think you ought to go back to school and take some inside photos? Maybe?
ReplyDeleteen effet une architecture moderne assez speciale, ressemble pas vraiment a un lycée.
ReplyDeleteI stand corrected. I was sure it was a modern foyer added to an existing building. It's funky!
ReplyDeleteAs Olivier wrote, it doesn't resemble what we would typically think of as a school.
ReplyDelete«Louis» generally doesn't like modern architecture, but this looks interesting.
That's a cool building for a high school! I wish we could get that inventive here, ours look like prisons (and not pretty like your prisons either :).
ReplyDeleteJe persiste et signe: ça me ficherait un GROS bourdon d'étudier la-dedans!
ReplyDeleteI like this part of the building much more of the one you showed us yesterday.
ReplyDeleteQuite the contrast in styles.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this kind of contrast and in your picture I found great reflection as well! Well done!

I like this view better than yesterdays---in fact they don't look like they belong together.
ReplyDeleteBTW: You won't be able to do all you want in just one day!! LOL MB
I like this view better than yesterday's. Looks nothing like the HS I went to!
ReplyDeleteEin wirklich faszinierende Architektur und der gewählte Ausschnitt unterstreicht die surreale Wirkung.

Love the photo as well as the commentary. "Strikingly modern," indeed!
