A veterinarian's house on the Avenue de Paris. I just love the large windows, the stained glass, the promise of a garden that one can imagine on the other side and yes, I even love the curtains!
----------------------------------
… and the shadows of the branches on the walls.
ReplyDeleteIs this also his office where he does his work? Quite different than anything you'd find in the states! I, too, like the building and the windows, etc.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all your comments, Ciel. Re the alligator...it was long dead so we were very close. No, I wouldn't like to fly. I need my feet on the ground.
ReplyDeleteAnd emphatically not a part of the bridge thingy!
And don't forget the daffodils in the front.
ReplyDeleteThis would become my favorite doctor, says Brattcat's brattcat. I would develop symptoms just so I could come visit.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you about the windows and curtains, but you didn't mention the beautiful flowers in front of the house.
ReplyDeleteI didn't even notice the curtains until I read your comment! I do like the flowers framing your picture.
ReplyDeleteNice leadwork on the roof too. Following on from your comments No I havent tried their wine but I think maybe this year.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful house. I love everything about it :)
ReplyDeleteYes, it is nice!! (Including the curtains.)
ReplyDeleteA beautiful place. In other times, with those windows, it would have been an artist studio.
ReplyDeleteThe daffodils in the foreground are very beautiful and I do like the different levels of the curtains.
ReplyDeleteThe beautiful windows and the shiny daffodils - great shot!
ReplyDeleteIt's such an elegant doctor's office! :)
ReplyDeleteLéia
Wouldn't you love to see the interior? I love the windows also. The light must be wonderful inside.

As soon as I enlarged the picture, my dogs ran out of the room.
ReplyDeleteI like rooms with lots of windows. This is a very appealing place!
ReplyDeleteI could do without the curtains. But love those big windows. Is it south facing?
ReplyDeleteThis does have the whole package, the big windows with cool shades and the beautiful garden.
