A real haven for bees and other insects is found in the grounds of Madame Elisabeth's Orangerie. It's a wonderful place for leaving the city behind for a little while! There is a reason for these wild flowers. I'll tell you tomorrow!

Lovely images, I'm curious about the flowers...
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful. A haven for photographer's too.
ReplyDeleteBut I want to know now! ;-)
ReplyDeleteAre they really "wild" flowers, or were they planted? Will you tell us that tomorrow?
Very pretty. I'll also be looking forward to photographs of bees and butterflies...
That is beautiful. I love wild flowers.
ReplyDeleteIt is a lovely place.
ReplyDeleteIt's delightful and seems a peaceful place to just sit and relax. I doubt the flowers will still be in bloom in October but perhaps it will still be green.
ReplyDeleteThe large photo brings tears to my eyes - what a nice photo!
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love these photos!

What a beautiful and peaceful looking spot!! Could the reason have something to do with honey?
Such a pretty place. I love a mystery. Look forward to finding out the purpose of the wildflowers, other than being lovely to look at.
ReplyDelete@ Bergson : tu n'as jamais pris racine ?
ReplyDeleteWildflower meadows are so inspirational this time of year, don't you think? Very pretty. Now I have to wait to find out more. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI didn't know about Madame Elisabeth's Orangerie, only about the more famous Petit Trianon. This is great. It's lovely, and I can't wait to learn and see more!
ReplyDeleteOh! So beautiful! Like from a fairy tale!
