I took this picture a little while ago, the trees were still bare! This is a café near the covered market and I love, love, love the neon sign!

J'ai pris cette photo il y a quelques temps, avant l'éclosion des feuilles aux arbres. C'est un café près des Halles et comme j'adore les néons américains, je n'ai pas résisté !

nice photo....Barb
ReplyDeleteThis is just superb, Ciel! Your colors are right on and the exposure is perfect...the sign is terrific, but what really floats my boat are the tree reflections!
ReplyDeleteWhee!
So very patriotic. Love the neon too.
ReplyDeleteBroadway, sure, but I bet you can get a real French coffee there. And they probably don't serve water and Coke loaded up with ice like they do in this country (just so you can't taste anything). There used to be a delightful Cafe de France in St. Louis but it closed when the owners retired. You could get a real coffee there.
ReplyDeleteLa Bannière étoilée: simply great!
ReplyDeleteJe connais... ma dernière visite remonte à des années ;-))
ReplyDeleteAn expatriot , I wonder.
ReplyDeleteI can feel your heart in two lands with this image.
ReplyDeleteSo glad the photos arrived.
Wishing you a lovely weekend!
The neon sign is very beautiful indeed!
ReplyDeleteLéia
Does it serve actual American food, or does it just pretend to? :)
ReplyDeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteThe reflection of the tree is quite spooky through the neon
ReplyDeletei like this neon sign. This would be a great computer screen saver. Great eye!
J'aime bien.
Cool sign and I bet the flag behind it makes many people smile too.
ReplyDeleteI love it me too. Well captured !
