The first thing anyone driving to Versailles from Paris on road D910 at this time of year will admire is a sea of daffodils on both sides of the avenue!------------------------------
La première chose que verra le conducteur qui arrive de Paris par la D910 à cette époque de l'année est un océan de jonquilles de part et d'autre de l'avenue !
These daffodils are flowers for Whit who died on Saturday. May he rest in peace and his father find answers and solace.

ReplyDeleteWowie zowie! That sort of defines abundance. But then, isn't everything in Versailles on a grand scale? My daffs have not liked the past two winters and have thinned themselves (usually I have to do that).
