Last week was beautiful, sunny and warm but the weather changed quite drastically on Sunday. In actual fact, I went for a walk and literally froze! Coming back from the palace grounds, I liked these sitting on top of a brasserie's verandah!
-------------------------------
La semaine dernière fut printanière jusqu'à dimanche. C'est le jour que j'ai choisi pour aller me promener dans le parc du château et suis revenue congelée. C'est à ce moment que j'ai vu ces jolies fleurs au-dessus d'une brasserie...
These flowers don't seem to be bothered at all by the icy breezes, which is a good thing as they are a sight for cold eyes!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping at our blogs, CQ...we appreciate that very much, and your comments are always so much fun to read!
All right Cieldequimper (may we ask what that means?):
ReplyDeleteThe photo of the flowers is stunning. Golden yellow, pink, gray, and white together and the \\\\ /// angles is the picture are grand. You have outdone yourself!!!
The flowers are pretty, but the building is beautiful! Love the color and the shutters!
ReplyDeletebeautiful photo....Barb
ReplyDeleteGreat artistic angle.
ReplyDeleteThe perfect accents for such a beautiful city.
ReplyDeleteWe had an absolutley beautiful weekend here.

You got a great angle in this picture! Please don't be upset for such a " unpredictable" weather!Your post is wonderful and "tomorrow" can be a nice surprise!
ReplyDeleteLéia :-)
Thank you for bringing us flowers today. And thank you for your many visits and kind, generous comments.
ReplyDeleteNice composition, although I think these flowers are fake, right? :-)))
ReplyDeleteSeeing as you were talking about the cold, I need to ask, that those flowers real?
ReplyDeleteI like perspective of this photo - very interesting! Great shot!
ReplyDeleteI love the angle of your photo. It makes us look even harder --instead of jsut glancing -- at the beautifukl flowers that remind us spring is here even if the weather doesn't show it.
ReplyDeleteAt all who are wondering if these are fake flowers: I blush because I don't know. It didn't even occur to me...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot. I do love the color of the building. I have always loved a soft yellow. Then with the flower colors---Beautiful!! MB
ReplyDeleteThe weather here has changed to cold as well..love your walk though!
ReplyDeleteYou're on an "askew" kick, I see. :) I really like the colours in this photo. They match and yet contrast very nicely.
ReplyDeleteI think the only thing that could make it better is if they were clearly real flowers. :)
These are absolutely lovely -fabulous photo!
ReplyDeleteI like the perspective on this one.
ReplyDeleteI like the angle! I love potted flowers.
ReplyDeleteBeing almost there makes us feel a little frisky - like the perfect angle to complement the wonderful colors you've caught here.
