The 2016 avenue daffs... Here on Avenue de Paris (but there are loads on the other avenues too). These pictures were taken on 5 March after snow fell in the morning. Ces photos ont été prises avenue de Paris le 5 mars après un peu de neige matinale, ça fait déjà un bout de temps que les jonquilles sont en fleurs. Forcément puisque nous sortons doucement de ce qui fut l'hiver le plus chaud jamais enregistré depuis 1900. ReplyDeleteLovely Ciel, I'll bet the Avenue de Paris looks beautiful helped by this gorgeous display. We have have masses of 'daff's' over here as well they seem to have been around since Christmas...

ReplyDeleteWe have snow drops out but just the tips of the daffodils coming up so far although it was 19.5˚C here today which is very warm for us. Climate change is happening for sure!
