Looking out of the bakery towards Saint-Michel church in Porchefontaine neighbourhood! You had seen the church here, both inside and outside with a few historic details.
Un regard vers l'église Saint-Michel à Porchefontaine ! VDP vous en avait montré l'intérieur et l'extérieur ici en donnant quelques détails sur son histoire.
So quiet - was this early on a Sunday morning?
ReplyDeleteet un restaurant pas loin non plus !
ReplyDeleteThank you for linking to your earlier pictures, that's a beautiful church inside not too OTT. I like the composition of the picture, it does look like a quite early Sunday morning...
ReplyDeleteMmmm, bakery ;-)
ReplyDeleteFive past six am or pm? I'm guessing the latter! Love the inside and outside of this lovely wee church Ciel. Pastry or bread from the bakery, yes I know I'm being a nosy :)
ReplyDeleteI went back to your previous post. Yep, this is a lovely church!
ReplyDeleteLove the simplicity, so adorable church!

ReplyDeleteMy rule is that it's always better to be in a bakery, looking out, rather than outside of a bakery, looking in. Unless, of course, one is trying to lose weight.
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely short, Ciel! I'm not sure you can call a church "cute," but this one surely is!
It looks like a quiet restful time to be in a bakery, Ciel! Nice shot!
ReplyDelete@ Grace: yes, 6:00 pm. In August, Versailles is a bit of a desert! Also this street was partly closed to traffic for roadworks.
ReplyDeleteA nice church, the step welcome you and make you feel invited.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a very peaceful neighbourhood.
ReplyDeleteA church with a lot of character!
