Before the movie at the open-air cinema evening, we got to see a delightful short film directed by Béatrice Masson and Rose Tée and entirely set in Versailles. Below is Béatrice introducing her funny, whimsical, sweet film called 'Sido'. The Facebook page is this way! Do yourselves a favour and watch the one minute long trailer by clicking here (it has English subtitles!)

ReplyDeleteOpen air cinema. So much fun- How fun to see something in Versailles about Versailles. In the USA, we'd find a catchy slogan for a T shirt.

The trailer was great so I'm betting the movie was too! It must be fun to watch a film made so close to home.
ReplyDeleteI thought the first picture was a market selling pumpkins. While I like those markets, August its too early.
ReplyDeleteLovely trailer, but trailers are always good...
ReplyDelete@ VP: in this case, the short film (9 minutes) was really good too!
ReplyDeleteLoved it! Merci!
