VDP believes this is a carpenter bee, correct her if she is wrong. It was very busy, along with other insects, in the grounds of Madame Elisabeth's domain, near the beehives! Pfft, none of these would stay still one second for VDP's photos, plus it was windy...
VDP pense qu'il s'agit d'une abeille charpentière., corrigez-la si elle se trompe. Elle était très occupée dans le domaine de Madame Elisabeth près des ruches et elle n'était pas la seule! Pfft, impossible de se tenir immobiles ne serait-ce qu'une seconde pour VDP et en plus il y avait du vent...
Ah interestingly I was having the same problem with butterflies on my river Roding walk today, just too much wind. Very difficult subjects so congratulations on getting anything !
