August City Daily Photo Theme Day: takeaway store - O'Bottega

Pizzeria O'Bottega Versailles Ave Général Leclerc
Wohoo, it's August, the height of summer and it's Theme Day in the City Daily Photo community! Coming home from work last Monday to an empty fridge wasn't an option so the upcoming Theme Day provided the perfect excuse to try O'Bottega, a pizzeria on rue du Général Leclerc that VDP had heard of through the Facebook grapevine. Barbara and Walid's welcome was absolutely delightful and just look at the speciality pizza! Deliziosa! It is possible to eat there and to take away, which is what VDP did, as you will have gathered! Their Facebook page is this way and all takes on the August Theme are this way! Happy August!

  4. Ah, the never ending appeal of pizza. I believe you can find a pizzeria in every country in the world. My first meal in Paris after the long flight lo these many years ago was at Pizza Momo on rue St. Antoine. Still there! Your pizza looks better.

  28. @ Shantaram: It is possible to put a round pizza in a large square box... :-)

@ VP: honestly it was good. Nice thin dough!

@ Perth: no, this is the house speciality: mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil.
