Now this came as a bit of a surprise...All Hallow's Eve is usually unnoticed here! Seen at the supermarket and below, at the greengrocer's in Montreuil neighbourhood. The last Reine-Claude (greengage) plums were delicious! Tomorrow is All Hallow's day (All Saints) and that means a three day weekend, yay!
Halloween is inescapable here, a big industry. I think it's silly. Sorry to see it creeping into France.
ReplyDeleteGreat display.
ReplyDeleteGreat pumpkin faces! Thanks for sharing.

ReplyDeleteI wonder if it will explode to the level here in the states. Once again, I failed to dress up :-(
ReplyDeleteThere's some very angry looking pumpkins there Ciel :) happy long weekend, enjoy!
ReplyDeleteGreat display, the greengage plums look lovely. :)
ReplyDeleteStrange creatures are already roaming the streets of Florence and bands of kids are trick-or-treating everybody in sight...
ReplyDeleteAnd so it spreads to your side of the pond!
ReplyDeleteThat's one creepy-looking dude but I do like the crates of straw and pumpkins. Personally, I'd rather celebrate All Saints than Halloween, though. But that's just me. :-)
