I can tell a duck from a goose from a swan and generally identify a St. Louis cardinal, but otherwise my knowledge of ornothology is pretty bad. What are these?
The painting is excellent as is your photo...I love the play of light and shadow.
Re your question about pigeons and owls: No. In a school where I taught we were inundated with pigeons and their droppings, so an assistant principal bought a bunch of fake pigeons and put them along the roof line. The first morning when I arrived at school I found a pigeon perched on top of the owl!!!!

ReplyDeleteLove that painting. Oh and France would be my first stop if I was ever so lucky to travel abroad.
ReplyDeleteC'est joli , ce qu'elle fait, frais et léger!
ReplyDeleteCiel, let's go over there and deposit some baskets of flowers. Her gallery has a nice facade, but it is a bit stark.
ReplyDeleteThe lines are crisp and clean, not what I'd expect for an exhibition. It needs some pizzazz!
ReplyDeleteThe painting would make me go in for sure!
ReplyDeleteA door with a painting welcoming people, it's wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI would like to visit this exhibition!
