C'est certes beau, riche et tout, mais je ne peux m'empecher de penser à la chaleur qu'il doit y avoir la dessous en plein été.. et là, au secours! :o)
Oh I've seen this also Ciel, so very grand! OMG I love the way you say you'll be in Paris for the day as if...eh! Oh how I would love to be in Paris for the day instead of searching around for old chimneys hahaha!
I remember that. I think we also saw the queen's bed and heard the stories how everyone gathered around to watch her give birth. What fun that must have been!
Personally, this would be a depressing place to sleep. And if I was the king, I'd worry about cutthroats sneaking around all the golden brocade trying to slash my throat as I was dreaming of an even bigger empire!

Bonjour Ciel ... I've visited this magnificent room and love it's opulence.
ReplyDeleteLove everything about this. The colors and the opulence.

Very fancy indeed. Regarding your question about the August date on the truck, it's the Gay Rodeo here in Santa Fe.
ReplyDeleteOh my, that is......claustrophobic but beautiful---I think.
ReplyDeleteOh us Amuricans!
Love the flowers in the church garden. How funny to have to step out to text. MB
Mon Dieu. Si c'etait moi, le roi, j' en changerais.

ReplyDeleteLe tissu est magnifique mais j'étoufferais bien vite...
ReplyDeleteOi, it looks hot in there.
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazingly opulent bed chamber! Great shot.
ReplyDeleteDarryl and Ruth :)
And he could sleep here? Give me a cot!
ReplyDeleteThe grandeur of the room is fit for a king. Absolutely ravishing!
ReplyDeleteSumptuous but claustrophobic...

ReplyDeleteAh, just like my bedroom. Doesn't everyone live this way?
ReplyDeleteI think that with so many colours (and bright ones...) I'd have a hard time to shut my eyes...
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!

ReplyDeleteNot for a claustrophobic guy like me! :-) It's beautiful, of course.
