Yes it is! A C Convertible, I think. My sister's then-boyfriend had one in the early 70s. Well, actually a C Coupe hardtop. His was beat up but it ran well. I was impressed.
My first car was a Triumph TR4 (also beat up). What a delightful piece of junk.
It is indeed. You can tell by the logo on the front. I think it's a late 50s or early 60s model. They were in great demand back then and very expensive! Our daughter's father-in-law had one that he loved.

I would love to drive around the countryside of France during the summer in a car like this.. I did it in 1980 in a Ford Escort.. Calais to Perpignan.. Wondeful memories.
