Some shops still had Christmas decorations on Saturday. Not so most homes...
Sometimes when they look so pretty like this, it's tempting to leave them a little longer..I usually can't wait to take them down and get things back to normal..whatever that is haha!
We were in Eustis, Florida last week...the place was full of Christmas decorations - in the store windows, on the streets; even City Hall was decorated. Very strange. Like people didn't want to let go.

ReplyDeleteThe tree looks bummed, it needs some TLC. I like the decoration on the store, blue and silver go so well together.
ReplyDeleteOoh, the blue and silver decor is beautiful! And quite artistic. What kind of business is it on?
ReplyDeleteYes, it is time for the holiday decorations to go away . . .

ReplyDeleteThat poor sad little tree.
ReplyDeleteI saw a lot of decorations coming down this weekend. That little tree is rather pathetic looking sitting next to the garbage can.
ReplyDeleteThe decoration in the top photo is quite unique from my perspective, is this a creative or common decoration.
ReplyDeleteMaybe they're like my sister and would keep up Christmas decorations all year long, if they could.
ReplyDeleteI saw some decorations still up last week. Hopefully they're gone now. Not that I don't enjoy them, but there are limits.
@ Becky: it's a spa.
ReplyDelete@ Regina: I've seen a few of these around.
@ Malyss : moi aussi...
Cela va peut-être servir pour Pâques.
ReplyDeleteThe top picture is interesting with its blue and silver clusters and light/shadow work. I hope you had a good holiday season, Ciel.
ReplyDeleteSharon
mr. brattcat just took our tree down on sunday.
ReplyDeletePoor little Christmas tree - not the proper place for it!
ReplyDeleteIt happens here every time, the poor tree is still in quite good shape...
ReplyDeleteSurely they know about twelfth night!!
ReplyDeleteTaking down the decorations can be so tedious I suppose ...
ReplyDeleteit took me a while to take my little tree down as well. such a cute little tree in your photo.
