Friday as the storm approached here we saw a tree decorated with lights that was shaking so much that it looked like it was dancing... Kinda weird but interesting! God bless you! Cezar
I'm not a fan of non traditonal colours Ciel, but I will admit that this tree does look good against the lighting of the hotel. Last year it looked like there were two trees, a trad. and a glitzy!
je trouve que le bleu est une couleur qui va tres bien aux illuminations de noel, on en voit de plus en plus dans les villes et c'est moins agressif que le rouge traditionnel. belle illumination
Three years now for this lovely sight/site. I like the tree dressed in blue lights also with the golden glow in the background...beautiful to see it upclose now...Merry Christmas, Ciel!

ReplyDeleteVery pretty. And a very nice night shot.
ReplyDeleteI was out taking pictures of an Xmas tree this evening. Don't know if I'll ever get them posted, though.
Hope you're having lots of fun!
Lovely gold and blue lights. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely, positively love blue lights. My complements to those that chose the color and, of course, to the photographer who shared it with us :-)
ReplyDeleteThe blue gives it an elegantly cool look, which works well with the amber light of nighttime.
ReplyDeleteUm, a bit better than ours - compare to my Sunday post.
ReplyDeleteThe blue is perfect with the golden background lights.
ReplyDeleteSimple , elegant et joli!
ReplyDeleteNice! Blue seems to be on vogue this year:)
ReplyDeleteHave a great Sunday!!!!
I prefer the wrap-around lighting technique as opposed to the straight line effect. Hey, it's me.

Looks like a waterfall...pretty!
ReplyDeleteAh, this is simply dazzling. I feel the wondrous atmosphere of the holidays in your night time image. Makes me want to be there :^)

ReplyDeleteLooking at these I am ashamed by our lousy decorations...
ReplyDeleteLes sapins, comme les jours, se suivent et ne se ressemblent pas.

ReplyDeleteSo lovely to see...
ReplyDeleteWirklich wunderschön! Ich liebe Weinachten Dekoration. :)
ReplyDeleteWow Ciel, this is absolutely beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSo, so beautiful!! I hope you have a very merry Christmas, Ciel.

ReplyDeleteFun retrospective. I like this year's photo best.
ReplyDeleteI like that they went to blue this year, but I'm not so keen on the straight vertical lines. I prefer to see the tree outline to a cone shape. :-)
ReplyDeleteSpectacular. Beautiful site. And, not an easy image to capture either.
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous, even without the Christmas tree! :-)
