Les tombes rouges du cimetière Notre-Dame

So Tuesday was All Saint's. I went to Notre-Dame cemetary on Saturday in the hope of seeing the usual All Saint's sea of chrysanthemums. Instead, some old tombs caught my eye...

Samedi je me suis rendue au cimetière Notre-Dame et ai aimé quelques vieilles tombes...

  2. What an amazing red those leaves are. That first tombstone looks very, very old.

Wow, what a brilliant red. It contrasts well with the old tomb, which is very spooky.

  8. I can see why these caught your eye. The red leaves are amazing. They almost look like they're crawling over the tombs.

You're right, I find doorways, gates and windows irresistible - well, sooner or later someone might get angry with me;/ Let's hope it will be later!
    Have a great afternoon:)

  25. @ VP: not that I know of. Just overgrown and untended old tombs, which is both sad and right somehow...
