I think that's one of those inflatable, bouncy amusements, correct? They are a blast, until the next day when your muscles remind you that you're not 10 anymore.
I had fun reading the guesses... it's sure colorful, and only because it IS a merry-go-round can I accept the cartoon top. :-) Looks like you're not far from winter, Ciel.
