For the next few days, I am taking you for a browse at Au Facteur Cheval, an antiques shop and art gallery in Chantiers neighbourhood. I love this trompe-l'œil façade!
Dans les jours à venir, je vous emmène au Facteur Cheval, antiquaire et galerie d'expos à Chantiers. J'adore la façade trompe-l'œil !

ReplyDeleteThis will be fun. On the bottom photo, only the bottom floor is trompe l'oeil, right?
ReplyDeleteYour capture of the light in the first shot is brilliant, Ciel. An outstanding shot.

Je suis confused Ciel.!! The trompe-l'oeil is so good I'm having a hard time figuring it out. I thought at first that it was the peek inside that was the tl'o, with carefully placed chairs and billboard in front, but is it actually the building itself? Whatever, it is brilliant!! Love antiquing, look forward to seeing more.
ReplyDeleteI want to come with you. MB

ReplyDeleteWhat trompe-l'œil?
ReplyDeleteThat will be extra fun! Neat shop, I like the broken shutter on the front of the building, it disrupts the pattern.
